MSW, RSW / M.S.S., T.S.I.
Hello, I’m Jenna. With over 18 years of dedicated experience as a registered school social worker, I have focused my career on supporting the academic, emotional, and social well-being of children and adolescents, offering my services in both French and English.
My work includes specialized support for school refusal behaviors, helping youth understand the roots of their avoidance, rebuild confidence, and re-engage with school in a manageable, empowering way. In addition, I focus on strengthening social skills and communication abilities and nurturing a positive self-image, all essential components of growth for kids and teens.
Trained in crisis intervention, DBT, and trauma-informed practices, I specialize in providing individual counseling to children and youth experiencing symptoms of stress, depression, and anxiety, helping them build healthy coping strategies and resilience.
I am committed to creating compassionate, youth-centered safe spaces where every child feels heard and empowered. By collaborating with families, schools, and community partners, I strive to ensure that each young person receives holistic care while fostering strong, supportive family connections. My practice is grounded in empathy, advocacy, and a belief in the potential of every child to thrive. I look forward to meeting with you!

Noëlle Buzohera
(She/Her/Hers/Elle)
MSW, RSW / M.S.S., T.S.I.
Hello, I’m Noëlle. I’m a Registered Social Worker dedicated to supporting children, teens, young adults, and their families with warmth, care, and genuine curiosity. At Growing Minds Counseling & Wellness, I create a space where young people feel seen, understood, and encouraged to grow at their own pace. I offer therapy in both English and French and work from a trauma-informed, culturally sensitive foundation.
I often work with young people navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, identity exploration, school and peer challenges, and major life transitions. My approach is collaborative and developmentally attuned, helping children and teens build emotional awareness, resilience, and confidence.
In our sessions, I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Prolonged Exposure (PE), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Ecosystemic Structural Family Therapy (ESFT). I always tailor my approach to what feels most supportive for your child and your family’s unique needs.
My goal is to offer a warm, grounded, and playful space where your child can explore their emotions, build coping skills, and feel empowered in their healing journey. And as a parent, you don’t have to navigate tough moments alone, I’m here to walk alongside you every step of the way.

As an Integrative Educational Therapist and Functional Health Practitioner, and a former teacher, I am passionate about helping kids and teens with ADHD, dyslexia, and other learning disabilities overcome barriers using neuroplastic therapies.
I am known for a radically different, whole-child approach that goes far beyond traditional supports like IEPs, tutoring, and accommodations. Instead of teaching kids to work around their challenges, I focus on identifying and treating the root causes using a multi-therapy, brain-based model. My mission is to help children learn, focus, and regulate with greater ease so they no longer feel like they’re constantly struggling to keep up.
Children with ADHD and learning disabilities often have multiple areas of breakdown, which is why a fully integrative approach is essential. By supporting brain chemistry through nutrition and gut healing, and addressing weak neural connections with brain-integration exercises, cognitive training and neuro-technologies, children develop stronger executive functioning and greater confidence. This allows them to become increasingly independent, capable learners rather than relying on ongoing compensations.
I am trained in Educational Therapy, Brain Integration Therapy, Functional Health & Nutrition, Reflex Integration, Cognitive Enhancement (by LearningRx), and neuro-technologies such as Interactive Metronome, Auditory & Sound Therapy, and Neuralign Reading Technology. I use this diverse expertise to offer Neuro-Functional Assessments, which go beyond labels to identify the true root of a child’s struggles, as well as Educational Therapy and Functional Health Consultations that are tailored to the unique profiles of each child and teen.
My goal is never to change your child to fit a mold, but to optimize their brain, support their nervous system, and unlock their full potential. At Growing Minds Counseling, I help uniquely wired kids and teens access their innate capacity to regulate, heal, grow, and rise well beyond the limitations that once held them back.
